"Warranty help was such a headache"
I bought this from Troy-Bilt and ended up having an issue while it was still under warranty. I don’t know why, but getting help turned into this huge runaround. Customer service kept transferring me to different people and asking for the same information over and over. After weeks of this, I still didn’t have a real answer. it felt like they were doing everything they could to avoid honoring the warranty.

"Pretty easy setup and reassuring to use"
I was a little unsure at first because I always worry I’m going to miss a step when putting things together, but this ended up being simple. The directions were clear enough, and I didn’t need a bunch of extra tools, which was a relief. I had it assembled fairly quickly and was able to start using it the same day. So far it feels easy to handle, and I’m glad it hasn’t given me any issues yet.

I picked up a Troy-Bilt mower this spring, i’ve been really happy with it. I’ve always had a soft spot for Troy-Bilt stuff, so I was already hoping it would work out, but it’s actually been solid. It usually starts on the first or second pull, cuts nice and even, and doesn’t seem bothered by my rough, bumpy yard. No complaints so far.

"I needed a couple of parts for..."
I needed a couple of parts for my Troy-Bilt mower and was pleasantly surprised by how easy they were to find on the site. Everything was listed clearly, and the parts ended up fitting just right, so I was able to get the mower fixed without much trouble. Shipping did take a little longer than I was hoping, and I wish the delivery updates had been a bit clearer, but overall it worked out well. I’d use them again

"Still meeting my standards after years"
I’m particular about my yard tools, and my Troy-Bilt mower has held up better than I expected. I’ve used it for several seasons now, and it still starts without much trouble and gives the lawn a clean cut. It’s been knocked around a bit, sat in the shed through winter, and it just keeps doing its job. For my standards, that’s exactly what I want in a mower.
